Missing Maine Man Found Safe
Maine State Police said rescuers saved an elderly man who spent a night in the woods over the weekend.
LAGRANGE, ME — A missing elderly man was found safe by authorities in LaGrange Sunday. Frederick Taylor, 82, of York, went missing from a Hudson home Saturday around noon after he drove his truck to run an errand and never returned. He spent the night in the woods and was found safe Sunday around noon 25 miles away in LaGrange.
State police said LaGrange residents hear Taylor honking his horn in the area of Howland Road. He and his truck were found about a quarter-mile in the woods, police said.
