38th ANNUAL BLACK YOUTH IN ACTION(BYA) DEBUTANTE BALL

Black Youth in Action sponsored the 38th annual Debutante Ball at Martin’s East. Alexandria Raynor, a senior at Fallston High School, was crowned Miss BYA Debutante Queen. Her marshal was Christopher Stokes, a freshman at Harford Community College. The BYA Queen's Court are 1st runner-up Samaiya Ellison, Harford Technical High. 2nd runner-up Nia Hammett, Edgewood High. 3rd runner-up Alaysa Johnson, Aberdeen High. 4th runner-up Asayria Glover, Eastern Technical High School. Florish Okigweh was crowned Miss Congeniality. Florish is a junior at Harford Technical High School. Congratulations to all the 2016 BYA Debutantes this year.
