Chick-fil-A Exec to Keynote MLK Celebration at Aberdeen Proving Ground
This year's theme is 'Remember, Celebrate, Act—A Day On, Not a Day Off.'
Aberdeen Proving Ground will hold its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration on Jan. 21 to honor the life and legacy of the celebrated civil rights activist.
The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense is hosting this year’s event, which has the theme “Remember, Celebrate, Act—A Day On, Not a Day Off.”
The keynote speaker is Rodney D. Bullard, vice president of community affairs at Chick-fil-A and executive director of the Chick-fil-A Foundation in Atlanta.

More than 700 people are expected to attend the celebration, including APG workers and their families, local leaders and Harford County students. Those interested in attending must RSVP by 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16.
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Myer Auditorium, 6000 Combat Drive.
