Tractor-Trailer Crash Clears In Harford County: Officials
Interstate 95 has reopened after a jackknifed tractor-trailer snarled traffic Monday afternoon, officials reported.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Traffic on Interstate 95 south was tangled up for hours Monday afternoon near the exit for MD 22. A tractor-trailer jackknifed in the area, causing a fuel spill, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash on I-95 south past Route 22, officials said. The collision was reported after 1 p.m. As a result, the left two left lanes and left shoulder were closed on I-95 south.
By 4 p.m., all lanes of I-95 south had reopened; officials reported the tractor-trailer crash had cleared.
