Black Youth in Action held their annual Debutante Inspirational Luncheon at Havre de Grace Library September 16.

BYA's 2017 debutantes ran the program, presented talent, had a guest speaker and luncheon.

Guest speaker was Dr. Andree Mountain, Founder and Director of MOHAR Mental Wellness LLC.
