The Harford County Office of Tourism's website says the cruise offers "the best seats for Havre de Grace Fireworks!"
"We'll leave the pier at 7 pm and cruise to an anchorage off-shore near the fireworks display. While we wait for the fireworks you'll enjoy a festive 4th of July meal, and relax away from the crowds," according to the website.
