Medevac Called To Beards Hill Road Construction Incident

Officials said a man was in critical condition after a construction-related incident Monday afternoon in Harford County.

ABERDEEN, MD — A man who fell in a construction incident in Aberdeen is drawing emergency personnel to Beards Hill Road Monday afternoon, officials say. A medevac has been called to the scene, authorities reported just before 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18.

The victim was in critical condition in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road, according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.

Gardiner said crews from the Aberdeen Fire Department had been working on what was classified as a critical trauma emergency since 2:30 p.m.

The Aberdeen Police Department called Maryland Occupational Safety and Health personnel to respond as well, Gardiner said, since the incident was work-related.
