Missing Woman Has Been Found: APD
The Aberdeen Police Department reports a positive outcome in a missing persons case.

ABERDEEN, MD — The Aberdeen Police Department thanked the community for helping to locate a missing woman. The 23-year-old had disappeared on Nov. 7.
A week later, police reported she had been found.
"We are happy to report Elise Lugo-Cruz was located this morning,"the Aberdeen Police Department reported on Wednesday, Nov. 14. "Thank you to our citizens and media partners for sharing the original missing persons post."

PREVIOUS REPORT: Police in Aberdeen have asked for help finding a missing woman. She left her friend's home on Wednesday, Nov. 7, and has not been seen since, according to authorities.
Elsie Lugo-Cruz, 23, had been staying with her friend, whose home she left the evening of Nov. 7, police said. Since disappearing, she has missed work, which police said is out of character for her.

Lugo-Cruz is described as 5-feet-1-inch tall with a thin build. She has "Emiliano" tattooed on her left collarbone.
She may be driving an older model silver BMW; no further details about the vehicle are available.
