What's Open, Closed in Harford County on Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The Martin Luther King Jr. holiday is on Monday, Jan. 19. In observance of the holiday, Harford County government offices will be closed.
County public schools, libraries, the Harford Waste Disposal Center and the Tollgate Yard trim drop-off facility will also be closed.
Curbside residential collection will take place on a regular schedule.
