This exquisite home on the Severn River across from the U.S. Naval Academy was completely redone inside and outside in 2007. Perfect for entertaining and watching the Blue Angels air show and fireworks from your own pier. It's been on the market for almost two years with two price reductions. It was first listed on Aug. 11, 2015 for $4.19 million; that was trimmed to $3.95 million on May 9, 2017, and then cut again less than a week later to $3.8 million. It's a steal. For some reason, though, it's sat on the market for 785 days. Who doesn't want a Tudor-style mansion with a custom pool, miles (seemingly) of deck and dock along deep water? The right buyer hasn't yet come across this 9.34-acre property that has a guest cottage. First put on the market in November 2007 for $10.8 million, the house has been off and on the listings since then. After several drastic price cuts, the home was listed at $5.9 million in late October 2014, and remained there until last month, when the owners upped their asking price to $6.45 million. Who needs to go to a summer resort when you could call this sprawling estate with a pool and tennis court home? With an asking price recently reduced by $495,000, the broker says the seller is motivated. The custom home built in 2004 sits at the entrance of Little Aberdeen Creek off the South River. You can dock your 70-foot yacht practically at the back door. First listed in September 2014 for $5.995 million, the price dropped to $5.5 this week. See the full listing here.
