Annapolis Brothers' First Movie, 'Jamesy Boy,' Premieres

Jamesy Boy was shot in Baltimore, and stars Ving Rhames, Mary Louise-Parker and James Woods.

Two brothers who grew up in Annapolis—attending the Key School and watching movies at the Annapolis Harbour Center—are premiering their first feature movie on Friday, Jamesy Boy.

The film by Tim and Trevor White is based on the life of James Burns—his journey as a young man from the streets of Denver to a maximum security prison, and how he was inspired to turn his life around after meeting a hard-timer in jail.

The Whites brought Burns on as a co-executive producer for the film, which stars Ving Rhames, Mary Louise-Parker and James Woods. Jamesy Boy was shot in and around Baltimore in 2012.
