Drive-In Movie Comes To Annapolis: Safe Holiday Fun
Truxton Park will show "The Polar Express" at a drive-in movie night this December. Here is everything you need to know.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — Truxton Park will host a drive-in movie night on Dec. 19. The featured film will be "The Polar Express," an animated Christmas movie.
The parking lot will open at 6 p.m., and the movie will start at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $10 per car. Capacity is limited.
Attendees must buy tickets in advance. Residents who already have an account can purchase tickets at this website. Other patrons can get tickets in person at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center.

Families must remain in their cars during the event. Sitting in the beds of trucks is allowed, but attendees cannot bring chairs or lounge in the parking lot.
Every child will get a premade goody bag, a prepackaged popcorn snack and a holiday gift. Staff will distribute the goodies to cars before the movie starts. Workers will wear masks and gloves.

Outdoor bathrooms will be available. Employees will clean them after each use.
