Elsie Marie Koch, 87, of Annapolis and previously of College Park passed away on April 8, 2016. She survived six years after suffering a catastrophic stroke in 2010.

In addition to her parents, William and Elsa (Elsie) Probst, Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, Milton P. Koch, and her brother, William C. Probst.

Elsie is survived by her five children: Sharon Tucker of Laurel, MD; Linda (Bill) Turner of Raleigh, NC; Janice (John) Gay of Ellicott City, MD; Gloria (Frank) Fenzel of Cape Coral, FL, Sandra Wing of Edgewater, MD; ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cornea Research Foundation, 9002 N Meridian St Ste 212, Indianapolis, IN 46260, or St. Paul Lutheran Church, 31 Rowe Blvd., Annapolis, MD 21401.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 14, from 9:30 am until Elsie's funeral service begins at 11:30 am at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 31 Rowe Blvd. Annapolis, MD 21401.

Interment will follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
