FOX's Greta Van Susteren Cuts $900K From Sales Price of Annapolis Home
Fox News anchor Greta Van Susteren and her husband sold their Annapolis home for nearly $1 million less than originally listed.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — The fame of an historic Annapolis house’s owner – the two-century-old brick home of FOX News analyst Greta Van Susteren – didn’t translate into a hefty sales price.
In fact, when Van Susteren and husband John Coale closed the sale in March, they sold the house for $1.05 million. That’s quite a drop from their original asking price of $1.95 million when the home at 179 Duke of Gloucester St. was listed in July 2014.
The couple purchased the house for $1.76 million in March 2010, according to the real estate website Zillow.

“It was significantly undersold for the market,” a Coldwell Banker agent told The Washington Post, calling that unusual because most historic homes in the area sell close to the listing price.
