ANNAPOLIS, MD — The first of two organizational meetings to map out beautification plans for Maryland's capital city will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the “Pip” Moyer Recreation Center located at 273 Hilltop Lane in Annapolis. The second meeting will be held March 4 at the same location. This year’s GreenScape will be held April 25.
