Police: Man Shot Multiple Times on President Street

Just after midnight Tuesday, police said a man was shot several times in the 900 block of President Street in Annapolis.

The 36-year-old victim from Philadelphia was found outside a home in the area, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, where he is currently listed in stable condition, police said.
