Police: Motorcycle Taken from Parking Lot

Annapolis police are investigating the Friday theft and two thefts from vehicles.

Annapolis police are investigating after a motorcycle was stolen last week from a parking lot.

The white 2007 Suzuki GSXR 600 with California tag No. 20A8864 was taken from the lot in the unit block of Hearthstone Court sometime between 1:30 and 2 p.m. on Friday.

In a separate incident, between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, someone entered an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Smith Avenue and took two Dewalt drills and a headlamp. The items were in plain sight on the front passenger seat, according to police.

Between 5 p.m. on Aug. 7 and 2 a.m. on Aug. 8, someone entered a locked vehicle in the unit block of Newman Street and took a small amount of money from the console. Police say the intruder forced the driver's side window down in order to break in.
