Pooch Recovers From Heartworms, Pup Heals From Amputated Toe
This pup had heartworms, but he is all better. Though he is a big boy, Rambo thinks he is a lap dog. He and his pals at the SPCA need homes.
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is looking for homes for these cuties. If you are interested in adopting one of this week's adorable adoptables, head to the SPCA website.
Rambo:
Rambo is a happy and energetic pup but so loving and affectionate. He thinks he is much smaller than he is and would love to be a lap dog! Rambo was transferred to the SPCA from another shelter so he could under-go treatment for heartworms. It was a long process but he is finally finished, feeling great, and ready to find his forever home!

Kash:
Meet Kash! This sweet, silly boy arrived at the shelter with some foot issues, and recently had to have a toe amputated. It hasn't slowed him down though and he is feeling better than ever. Kash was an angel during all of his vet visits and bandage changes. He has a lot of energy but a great temperament and is eager to please. After everything he's been through Kash really deserves the best!

Lucy:
Lovely Lucy is looking for a forever home. She has a sensitive constitution and is currently on a special diet to help her urinary issues. Lucy is very sweet, she enjoys being petted and brushed. She would appreciate a calm household where she can spend a lot of quality time with her people.
Axel Rose:
Axel Rose is an SPCA staff favorite! Axel Rose is incredibly friendly and affectionate. This boy loves to snuggle and be carried. He also appreciates being "burritoed" in a nice warm towel from time to time. He has a food allergy that requires a special diet. If you are looking to adopt a truly marvelous cat, please consider Axel Rose!
