MARYLAND — Whether it's through his or her personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, a daughter or son becomes a reflection of the woman who raised a child. With Mother's Day right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch Maryland readers to share their favorite mother-daughter or mother-son photos and sentiments.

To post, visit your local Patch homepage, and you'll see a simple posting box at the top of the page. Here at Patch, we're calling it "Neighbor Post." But it's basically just a box where you type your message to mom, add a fun photo and hit the "post" button, just like you would on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and the rest — only the entire Patch community will be able to see it!
