Teen Arrested After Witness Views Theft From Vehicle
A witness saw a man enter a vehicle and steal a cell phone, according to police.
Annapolis police say a witness reported seeing a 19 year old enter a vehicle and steal a cell phone on Wednesday afternoon, resulting in the suspect's arrest.
According to police, a witness reported the theft at approximately 2 p.m., on Amos Garrett Boulevard. An officer located the suspect on Steele Avenue, with the cell phone on the ground nearby.
Police charged the suspect with theft under $100 and released him.
