Woman Sees Thief Drive Away with Her Car

A woman was inside when she heard her car engine start. Peeking outside, she saw a man drive away with it. 

Police are now searching for a stolen 2009 Jaguar XF four-door sedan with Virginia license plate "U LOKN," according to a report. The car's tires also have "Jaguar," written on them.

The vehicle was taken from the 1000 block of Tallwood Road Thursday morning at about 12:45 a.m. Police said the vehicle was unlocked and a key was inside it.

The theft comes a week after police began cracking down on unlocked vehicles. Anne Arundel County police send out notifications each night at 10 p.m. reminding car owners to lock their vehicles overnight.
