Woman Wanted For Theft At Annapolis Kohl's Store

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Annapolis police released a surveillance photo Monday of a woman who's wanted for an April 7 theft at the Kohl's store at 260 Old Solomons Island Road. She left the area in a black Cadillac Escalade with dark tinted windows, the police said.

The police did not release a detailed description of the woman, such as her height or what she was wearing.
