Arundel High School Wrestlers Clinch 4A East Region Title
The Wildcats produced three champions and scored 193 points to win the league tournament.
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — For the first time in 18 years, Arundel High School's grapplers clinched the 4A East region title. Chesapeake took the championship title of the 3A South region.
The Wildcats produced three champions and scored 193 points to outpace Chesapeake (183), Annapolis (170), South River (160.5) and Old Mill (134.5) to win the league tournament for the first time since 1997. Read more about team and individual wrestlers' successes at the Capital Gazette.
