BJs Will Add 150+ Jobs In MD, Offer Signing Bonuses

MARYLAND — BJ’s Wholesale Club looks to fill 158 job openings across its 12 Maryland locations. The members-only superstore is offering $500 signing and referral bonuses for new employees that remain in good standing for 90 days.

The retailer will host hiring fairs this Saturday at every store in Maryland from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Those sites are:

• Baltimore
• Bel Air
• Bowie
• Canton – Baltimore
• Capitol Heights
• Columbia
• Easton
• Lexington Park
• Owings Mills
• Pasadena
• Waldorf
• Westminster

These positions will be available:

• Supervisors, Leads, Managers
• Cashiers
• Member Experience (Membership Desk, OMNI)
• Fresh Clerks (Bakery, Deli, Meat, Produce)
• Maintenance/Carts
• Stock and Recovery Clerks
• Forklift Drivers
• Meat Cutters/Butchers
• Service Team Members (Gas, Tire Bay)

Masks will be required. The events will take place in outdoor tents when possible. If the lines get too long, workers will take down phone numbers and text interviewees when it's their turn.
