Clowns, Dogs and Cops: National Night Out 2013
Police and firefighters shared information and smiles with residents around Anne Arundel County on Tuesday night.
Anne Arundel County police and firefighters joined local politicians Tuesday night for National Night Out at three locations across the county.
Residents had a chance to meet new Police Chief Kevin Davis and other police officers, including a canine officer.
Kids had the chance to try on police gear, climb into fire trucks and jump in the moon bounce at the Lula G. Scott Community Center in Shady Side, Cedar Morris Hills Community Building in Glen Burnie and Crofton Library.
Fort Meade also hosted a National Night Out parade and free party, while the City of Annapolis held an event at the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis.
