Don Dwyer Speaking Day Before Drunk Boating Trial
Delegate Dwyer is addressing his upcoming trial for charges of being under the influence of alcohol while operating a boat.

State Delegate Don Dwyer (R–Pasadena) is addressing his drunken boating trial set for Tuesday—just one day before the trial begins, according to WBAL.
Dwyer and his attorney, David Fischer, plan to speak Monday morning about charges that he was under the influence of alcohol last August while operating a boat that crashed and injured several people, including children.
Natural Resources Police reported Dwyer's blood alcohol content was 0.24 at the time, which is three times the legal limit of 0.08.
