Heroin Dealer Sentenced For Pasadena Man's Fatal Overdose: Report

A Baltimore County man will serve 10 years in prison for selling drugs to a Pasadena man, 60, who died of an overdose, says Capital Gazette.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A Baltimore County man received a 10-year prison sentence Wednesday for his role in the overdose death of a 60-year-old Pasadena man, according to a media report. Levar Cooper, 24, pleaded guilty on July 6 to narcotics distribution, the Annapolis Capital Gazette reported.

Last September, Cooper sold a mixture of heroin and fentanyl, along with crack cocaine, to Keith Lesko, of Pasadena, according to the Anne Arundel County police. On Sept. 16, officers responded to reports of a possible fatal overdose at a motel in Glen Burnie and found Lesko unresponsive, the Capital Gazette reported.

Lesko and his girlfriend had snorted heroin they bought from Cooper, the police said, and Lesko later died of an overdose.
