When police arrived, they reported seeing a man walking through the aisles, holding a bag of partially eaten potato chips.

An out-of-town man was charged with breaking into a Dollar General, where police said he wanted to charge his phone and grab a snack.
Randon Daniel Wilkerson, 22, of White Plains, was charged with burglary and theft, according to a police report.
Anne Arundel County police officers arrived at the Dollar General in the 7300 block of Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. in Glen Burnie for a report of an activated burglar alarm.
When they arrived, a man was seen walking through the aisles, holding a bag of partially eaten potato chips.
"It was learned that the suspect went inside the business because he wanted to charge his phone and eat some food," police wrote in the report.
Wilkerson was then arrested without incident, police said.
