March 8: Broadneck High Performs 'Kiss Me Kate' to Benefit Suicide Awareness
This Sunday's encore production will benefit youth suicide awareness in Anne Arundel County.

Broadneck High School will perform ’Kiss Me Kate’ at the Chesapeake Art Center in Brooklyn Park on Sunday, March 8 at 4:00 p.m. to benefit the Youth Suicide Awareness Action Team of Anne Arundel County. (Please note: The original performance date was scheduled for March 6, but has been rescheduled to March 8 due to the weather.)
Attendees can purchase tickets at the door or in advance by visiting buildinglife.net. Following the performance, there will be a reception with the cast and crew featuring a silent auction. Tickets for the play are $20, while tickets for both the play and the reception cost $25. Proceeds will benefit the Youth Suicide Awareness Program.
The Youth Suicide Awareness Action Team aims to bring awareness to the issue of youth suicides in our community. Through education, empowerment and support, the program hopes to prevent youth suicide and eliminate its stigma.
