UPDATE: Powerball Climbs to $425 Million
The national game's next drawing is slated for Wednesday.
No one matched the winning numbers in the Saturday, Aug. 3, Powerball drawing, according to Maryland Lottery officials.
The Powerball jackpot has now climbed to $425 million. The cash payout value would be $244.7 million, according to www.powerball.com.
The next drawing is Wednesday, Aug. 7.
The Maryland Lottery is one of 45 lotteries nationwide that participate in the Powerball drawing.
