Reports: Pasadena Woman Cuffed Disabled Daughter to Bed, Left for Wedding Party
Police in North Carolina arrested a Pasadena woman after she handcuffed her 19-year-old daughter to a bed and left for a wedding party, according to reports.
Police in Gastonia, NC, arrested a Pasadena woman on Saturday after she allegedly handcuffed her mentally disabled daughter to a hotel bed and left for a wedding party, reports The Associated Press.
Police report Tiffany Michelle Davis, 38, used handcuffs and a dog leash to restrain her 19-year-old daughter to a bed in her hotel room, and then left for a wedding party, according to the AP.
