The little Chihuahua was last seen on Grant Road in Halethorpe dragging a blue leash.

"Lost dog! Arbutus/ Halethorpe area
His name is Tiny, he's friendly.
He doesn't have tags on his collar but he is dragging half of a blue leash with him.
