Winter Forecast: Cold and Snowy

Hoping for a warm winter a la 2011-12? Better not forget to pack a jacket and mittens. 

Farmers' Almanac released its 2014 Long Range Winter Forecast, and they're calling it "The Days of Shivery."

The forecast includes below average temperatures for more than two-thirds of the nation, including "copious rains and/or snows" in the Mid-Atlantic region.
