HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Two community tips sparked an investigation in Harford County that took detectives around the country and led to the indictment of 18 people in connection with a cocaine distribution conspiracy, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office. Four others are charged with drug distribution and firearms offenses as a result of the investigation, authorities reported.

Starting in February 2019, officials said they began following up on the tips and determined that Che Durbin of Aberdeen and Reginald Bolden of Bel Air distributed large quantities of cocaine throughout Harford County.

Investigators went to Tucson, Arizona, where they said they saw what they believed to be drug transactions tied to transport of cocaine back to Harford County for distribution.
