4 Buildings In Columbia Get New Property Manager

COLUMBIA, MD — Four buildings in Columbia are now under the purview of MacKenzie Management. The buildings are located in Oakland Ridge Industrial Park and Heathrow Business Center.

The owner of the commercial properties is Feldman Bergin Development. MacKenzie will handle property management services, such as leasing, maintenance, finances and day-to-day operations.

Combined, the buildings total 165,600 square feet, according to a statement from MacKenzie Management.

• 8980 Route 108 (Oakland Ridge)
• 8990 Route 108 (Oakland Ridge)
• 9176 Red Branch Road (Heathrow Business Center)
