BEL AIR, MD — A car crashed into a Bel Air nail salon Friday morning. The accident happened just before noon in a shopping center in the 2100 block of Blue Spruce Drive.

Chopper 13 was over the scene as a tow truck arrived to move the car out of Herbal Nail Salon and Spa.
