Disabled Tractor-Trailer Clears In Harford County: Officials

A tractor-trailer became disabled on Interstate 95 Monday near Joppa.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A disabled tractor-trailer snarled traffic Monday morning on Interstate 95 in Harford County. The incident occurred around 7 a.m., and it cleared by 9 a.m.

Two lanes were closed from the disabled tractor-trailer, the Maryland Transportation Authority reported after 8:15 a.m.; the right lane and left lane were closed along with both shoulders, while the two center lanes remained open.

As of 9 a.m., all lanes were open.
