'Empty The Shelter' Starts May 1 At The Humane Society Of Harford Co.
National event Empty the Shelters will start May 1 at The Humane Society of Harford County. Find your new cuddle buddy or walking partner.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD ? Anyone looking for a lovable companion should take advantage of The Humane Society of Harford County's upcoming special adoption event.
?From May 1-15, we are excited to partner with BISSELL Pet Foundation and Dogtopia of Bel Air for its spring national 'Empty the Shelters' reduced-fee pet adoption event,? Bob Citrullo, executive director of the Humane Society of Harford County, told Patch. ?HSHC is one of more than 350 organizations across the country participating in this lifesaving event to place deserving pets in loving homes."
During the event, adoption fees for adult dogs will be $50 and adult cats who are 1 year and older $20.

Right now, the humane society is accepting pre-approval applications for the possible adoption of a litter of adorable pups. They'll be up for adoption starting April 27 at 11 a.m.
