Maryland is reopening, and people are anxious about what that means in terms of their health. According to state data, Maryland.gov reports that since March, over 473,000 people in the state have been tested. The new positive rate has dropped from 26.9 percent to 6.94 percent. This is great news for public health, but it does not mean we can stop testing anytime soon.

Antibody testing is just another tool to know if you have had COVID-19 in the last three to four weeks and you potentially did not display symptoms. This is also used as guidance to know when you are safe to return to work.
