BEL AIR, MD ? The father of the man accused of firing gunshots at a child's birthday party held at Harford Bounce at the mall in Bel Air urged the suspect, Wesley Lyons Jr., 35, to surrender to police.

Lyons fled the scene after Sunday's shooting, police said, and is considered armed and dangerous. Bel Air Police said he has possible addresses on Harford Square in Edgewood, along with the Rosewood and Middle River areas of Baltimore County. He also has ties to Delaware.

Authorities said Lyons was involved in a fight between two families that ended in gunfire. His father, Wesley Lyons, urged his son to turn himself in.

"I'd like for you to turn yourself in," the elder Lyons said on WBAL. "I know it doesn't look good for you, and I know that you have probably run out of resources and things to do. But to help me, your mother and your brothers to be safe, you should turn yourself in."

The father said his son was trying to calm things down another man "kept on bad-mouthing him, and one thing led to another."

Police said Lyons shot Richard Williams, 42, in the leg and hand. He was taken to the hospital with three gunshot wounds and is in stable condition, according to Bel Air Police.

The younger Lyons ? along with his mother, Lisa Gregg, 60, and Lateia Green, 37 &mdash fled the mall in a maroon Jeep. Police said they arrested the two women shortly after finding the Jeep in Edgewood.

The women face several charges, including attempted first-degree murder and accessory after the fact.

Gregg was denied bail Tuesday. However, the presiding judge granted bail for Green with GPS monitoring.

While both the defense and prosecution agreed to home detention for Gregg, the judge disagreed, noting that Gregg's son remains at large, and, according to police, Gregg gave a fake address to investigators when she was arrested and officials say she helped Lyons escape, according to WBAL

The judge granted an unsecured $5,000 in bail to Green, who is Lyons' girlfriend, because she has no criminal history and has a verified address.

Officers were called to the mall around 4:06 p.m. Sunday after receiving a report of a shooting at the Harford Bounce Party Place. Several rounds were fired inside the business after Gregg and Green fought at a child's birthday party held at the business, police said.

Anyone with information about Lyon's whereabouts should call 911 or Metro Crime Stoppers Of Maryland, which is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
