There are numerous resources available to residents during the government shutdown, including a wide variety of food pantries.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD ? As the longest government shutdown in U.S. history continues and SNAP benefits are affected, more and more families are seeking out support from food pantries.
Volunteers and donations are needed for the 13th Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner, which will be delivered Nov. 27. Residents of Harford and Cecil counties can reserve a Thanksgiving dinner online, which will be delivered between 10:30 a.m. and noon.
