Flood Warning Issued For Harford, Cecil Counties
With inches of rain having fallen and more possible, the National Weather Service issued a flood warning for parts of northeastern Maryland.
Due to heavy rain, a flood warning has been issued for parts of Harford and Cecil counties. It is in effect until 1 a.m. Monday, officials say.
Radar showed 1 to 2 inches of rain had fallen by 10 p.m. Sunday, and Glen Cove Road was closed due to high water in Harford County, according to the National Weather Service. Additional rainfall amounts up to one inch are expected.
These areas may also experience flooding, weather officials say: Conowingo, Darlington, Rock Springs, Richardsmere, Scarboro, Cardiff and Whiteford.

A flood warning means flooding is imminent or occurring, and people should take precautions, according to the National Weather Service.
