HARFORD COUNTY, MD ? A new inclusive playground recently opened at Harford Community College.

Gifts from Early Learning Center families and ELC alumni helped raised $100,000 for the construction of the new playground.

Harford Community College's littlest enrollees at the Early Learning Center are preparing for kindergarten and utilize the playground as part of their balanced curriculum, along with interactive SMART boards in each classroom, instruction in language arts, math and science, art, crafts, drama and story time.
