Man Shot And Killed In Edgewood: Harford County Sheriff
A man died in Harford County Wednesday night in a shooting that investigators believe was not random.
EDGEWOOD, MD — An Edgewood man was fatally shot Wednesday night, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
Jarmil Christopher Stewart, 20, of Edgewood, has been identified as the deceased.
Preliminarily, officials believe he was targeted.

Deputies called for a report of a shooting at 11:47 p.m. Wednesday said they found Stewart lying on the grass in the 6200 block of Edgewood Road.
He had been shot in the lower body, the sheriff's office reported Thursday, noting the cause and manner of death remain to be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Law enforcement provided first aid before medics arrived and took Stewart to the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, where he was pronounced deceased, authorities said.
"Initial investigation indicates this was not a random crime," the sheriff's office reported.
