One Eleven Main Opens on Main Street
The Bel Air dinner restaurant opened Wednesday for business.
A new restaurant has opened on Main Street.
One Eleven Main had its first official dinner guests on Wednesday, Oct. 7.
The restaurant, which features seasonal, local ingredients in gourmet dishes, opened at 4:30 p.m. after nearly a year and a half of planning.

“We cannot wait to serve the Bel Air community!” One Eleven Main posted on its Facebook page. “Come join us!”
In addition to dinner fare, One Eleven Main offers a full bar and wine list.

Some items on the early autumn menu: pan-seared wild golden tilefish with pumpkin seed risotto, curried pumpkin and saffron broth as well as acorn squash stuffed with quinoa, hazelnuts, charred tomato, ricotta, panko and Saba vinegar.
One Eleven Main is located at 111 South Main Street in Bel Air. It is open for dinner only. Reservations are suggested using OpenTable or by calling the restaurant at 443-900-8027.
