The Harford County mass vaccination site will be open five days a week for those seeking COVID-19 vaccines.

ABERDEEN, MD — The Ripken Stadium mass vaccination site will open Thursday, April 22, according to Deputy Health Officer Marcy Austin.
It will be open Tuesday through Saturday and operate as a drive-thru vaccination site, she said, reporting to the County Council this week.
Harford's positivity rate is 9.08 percent, the Maryland Department of Health reported Friday, April 9, which is above the statewide average of 5.59 percent.

"We're seeing among the highest rates of positivity ever recorded," Harford County Health Officer Dr. David Bishai said this week, urging people to take precautions. "COVID is not safe for anybody, and there have been too many people ages 20 to 59 that have become seriously ill from COVID."
People can preregister using the state's one-stop mass vaccination website: https://onestop.md.gov/govax.
