Patterson Mill Playing In Ravens Showdown Game
For Patterson Mill's game at North East, the Ravens entourage will be in attendance under the Friday night lights.

NORTH EAST, MD — The Patterson Mill Huskies will have a larger than usual crowd at their football game against the North East Indians. The matchup has been selected as the Ravens Showdown; each week, the team conducts an online poll to determine a game to spotlight.
Kickoff will be at 7 p.m. at North East.
"The Huskies look to avenge last season’s 42-13 loss to their Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference foe," according to the Ravens Showdown preview, which stated: "The Indians’ victory in 2017 ended a seven-game skid against Patterson Mill."

For being the site of the Ravens Showdown, the Indians will have their stadium decked out with Ravens banners and flags for the game, where the Ravens cheerleaders and Poe will be in attendance.
The honor comes with a perk for the schools too; the Ravens will award $1,500 to each school's athletics program, and provide student-athletes with special t-shirts as souvenirs from the occasion.
