Teen Accidentally Shot Brother, Faces 4 Criminal Charges: Sheriff
Harford County deputies arrested an Edgewood teen on multiple felony charges after he accidentally shot his brother in their home.

EDGEWOOD, MD ? An Edgewood teenager accused of accidentally shooting his brother in their home has been charged with reckless endangerment and gun charges, according to the Harford County Sheriff's office.
The shooting happened about 1:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Yorkshire Drive in Edgewood. According to a news release, deputies found an 18-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper leg. Deputies rendered first aid and applied a tourniquet to the victim?s leg before medics arrive.
The victim was taken to a local trauma center for treatment of serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.

Detectives determined the victim?s brother, Kylee DeLilly, 18, of Edgewood, accidentally fired a handgun, striking the victim.
Harford County Sheriff's deputies, with help from the Aberdeen Police Department, located Kylee DeLilly in Aberdeen. He was taken into custody without incident.

During a search of the DeLilly residence, detectives seized an unserialized 3D-printed handgun, a 50-round magazine and ammunition.
Kylee DeLilly was taken to the Harford County Detention Center and was charged with reckless endangerment, possession of a regulated firearm under the age of 21, possession of a regulated firearm by a prohibited person, and possession of an unserialized handgun. After an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner, DeLilly was held without bond.
