Patch had the chance to chat with Wenrich about his company and its role in the community.
Patch: How long have you been doing business in town, or how long has your organization been around in the community?

Wenrich: We’ve been around for two years and previously worked for some other local contractors over the past 20 years.
Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Wenrich: I found that so many roofing contractors were cutting corners and I believe homeowners deserve a quality contractor. Roof Maxx was an attractive add-on service to add life to existing roofs, as shingle manufacturers were not making quality materials and not standing behind their product.
Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger in five words, what would those words be?
Wenrich: Five-Star Service & Customer Service.
Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?
Wenrich: Getting our name out there. We’ve been working hard to get the word out about our business.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Wenrich: Seeing the end result of a completed roofing project and knowing that the customer’s home is correctly protected for decades to come.
Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Wenrich: We are the only roofing company in the area that offers an alternative to a roof replacement. We are one of only 300 contractors in the country that offer a product called Roof Maxx. It is a bio-based product that rehydrates asphalt shingles and makes them function almost like a new shingle. The cost is only around 20 percent of what a replacement would cost.
Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?
Wenrich: Do what is best for your customers, because it will payoff in the long run.
Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavours you’re working on that you’re extra excited about? If so, what details can you share and what makes it so exciting?
Wenrich: We are partnering with one of the top solar companies in the country and will be offering solar installations in the upcoming months to go along with roof replacements. Solar is an eco-friendly and cost-effective way to power your home and bundling with a roof replacement will allow homeowners to collect the tax credit on their roof as well.
