Adoptable Bethesda Pet: Barrett Needs A Forever Home
Meet Barrett the five-month-old pup — an adorable Pointer mix who is full of love and energy.
BETHESDA, MD — If you're thinking about adopting a furry friend, consider a local non-profit like Best Dawg Rescue in Bethesda. The rescue group focuses on providing at-risk dogs in local shelters a forever home.
Best Dawg Rescue saves injured, ill, neglected, starved and unwanted pups in the community and often restores their health until they are ready for adoption. Some dogs need medical care or TLC to bring out their personalities, but others are ready to adopt, like Barrett the five-month-old Pointer mix.
"That old saying about unconditional love certainly applies to Barrett," DAWG said. "But expect creative puppy antics too. So hide the trash, put your shoes in the closet, and prepare to have a blast with Barrett!"
